2024 Training Program:
This program offers an elite level training environment for college-aged* players who have a desire to continue to develop during the summer.  The training environment will challenge players, helping them to continue to learn and grow during their summer off months from college soccer. The program will also provide plenty of opportunity to work on the physical (fitness) element of the game through playing soccer via small sided play and 11v11 play. 
This will be an 8-week program and will run during the traditional college summer break period (starting after most colleges are done with spring finals week, and ending before NCAA Division 1 players normally report for pre-season).

*If you are out of college but still aspiring to compete at an elite level you can still join this program.

Start Date:  Week of May 13th
End Date: Week of July 15th-21st

Training Days:  
Monday:  2-4p
Tuesday:  7-8.45p
Wednesday: 7-8.30 (July, 2-4p)
Thursday:  7-8.45p

Training Location:  RNY FC Youth Soccer Complex - 1520 John Street, West Henrietta, NY 14586
(Wednesdays May-June:  City of Rochester Stadium - 460 Oak St, Rochester, NY)

Costs:  $350 --- This covers training kit, field costs, and insurances.

Training Kit:  Adidas Socks and Shorts, (2) Two U23 Program Training Shirts

Player Pool:  The u23 Program is for top level college players and above.  The program will be attended by Academy Alumni who are currently playing at high level college programs, as well as other local college players.
Players who are not Academy Alumni will need to apply to be invited into the u23 Program. Our Academy staff will offer trials or connect with applicant's references about their potential to become a part of the u23 program.

SEASON TWO in UPSL for 2024

Last year we joined the UPSL Spring Premier League!

This was officially announced Thursday, January 5th, 2023 by the UPSL, and we will continue with the UPSL for the 2024 season.  We will roster all eligible u23 training players on the UPSL team and build a match day roster from this program.  The u23 training program does not guarantee participation in the UPSL; top performing players will make match day rosters for the UPSL matches.  We are excited about having a matches program for the u23 program moving forward.  We believe this will help with each of your player development over the summer months as you get ready for your upcoming college seasons.

Training Format:
3-Part Professional Academy Sessions:
(1) Basic Possession or Technical Element
(2) Tactical Element related to our Game Model
(3) Play (Small-sided game or 11v11)

All sessions, match play, and friendlies will be recorded.  All players get access to all film.
